We have big news!

As I reflect on 2022 and look ahead to 2023, I’ve been taken right back to January 2021 in Osoyoos BC when I put out to the world that I was starting my OWN BUSINESS! I was so nervous and excited (and still quite naive  as to what it entailed). I had an amazing amount of support from friends and family which quickly grew to acquaintances and strangers. I’ll never forget my very first order coming in and eventually my first order from someone I didn’t know!!! All these seemingly small events are HUGE for a small business.

I then had to pivot my business because we found out we were transferring to Northern BC for my husbands career. We knew this would happen, which is one of the main reasons Peak & Main began. If we will be moving, I can have a career that would move with me and not have to start over every time. 

Arriving in Dawson was nerve-wracking as we didn’t know a single soul! But I quickly connected with a couple of amazing small business women and from there my business grew again as well as beautiful, supportive friendships.

In 2022, I took another huge leap and decided to no longer worked for anyone else (I was working part time as an Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant). I committed to more markets, pop ups and putting myself out there, getting out of my comfort zones and growing!

So, as I am closing on 2 years of business and heading into my 3rd, it’s time for another huge leap and change  and opportunity to GROW!

Coming this month, those local to Dawson Creek will be able to SHOP IN STORE! Peak & Main will be located inside Common Ground Clothing!  I am so thankful for the relationship I have formed with Carmen and I cannot wait to get in there so you can SHOP with us both!

If you are a CG customer, there will be no change for how you shop, but you will now have the opportunity to shop Peak & Main products and see my face around there a few days a week! There will also be no change to Peak & Main online operations. All products are available online and available for Canada Wide shipping. 

Thank you for all the amazing support you have shown me over the past 2 years! I can’t wait to see what 2023 brings and look forward to see your faces around Common Ground!
